Blockchain analysis platform Arkham announced the launch of Arkham Intel Exchange, an on-chain marketplace for intels, which allows users to buy and sell information on the owner of any blockchain wallet address anonymously via smart contract.Arkham Intel Exchange aims to power the "intel-to-earn" economy.
